Showing Up for Cedar City: The Power of Community in Action
At the heart of every strong community is the willingness to show up for one another—not just in good times, but especially when life gets hard. Here in Cedar City, I’ve witnessed that kind of strength firsthand. And recently, it became more real than ever.
When tragedy struck a young girl in our community—Trinity—the outpouring of love and support was incredible. Neighbors, friends, and even strangers stepped up without hesitation. They donated, prayed, delivered meals, and reached out to her family with open hearts. That’s what it means to belong to a place like this. It’s not about what we post online—it’s about how we act when it counts.
I had the honor of meeting Trinity and her family after she was released from the hospital. Despite everything she’s been through, she was full of gratitude and hope. She shared that she had just finished school and is already looking forward to starting high school—something truly exciting! She also expressed deep appreciation for everyone who stepped up to bless her family. And I want to highlight Lori, who’s been a blessing to them from day one—offering quiet, consistent love and support when it was needed most.
Through this experience, I was reminded of a few powerful truths:
There are so many amazing people in this town that I’d need a second post just to recognize them all—and let’s be honest, Facebook would probably block me for spamming! But here, on this page, I want to continually shine a light on those who show up, give back, and make Cedar City stronger every day.
Giving back isn’t about publicity. It’s about living with purpose and showing love through action. Whether through my real estate business, community involvement, or personal life, I’ll continue to serve with an open heart—because that’s what this town deserves.
Thank you for being part of a community that lifts each other up.
With care and gratitude,
