Livlux LLC is my company that buys and holds rentals, we primarily rent to students here in Cedar City, Utah at the southern Utah University, but we also have single family rentals. With over 4 years of experience in the industry, we have the knowledge and expertise to help you find the perfect rental and get settled.

It primarily depends on how you treat me! I usually spend most of my time talking about real estate and taxes, and if you’re not too interested in either of those subjects, then I don’t know what to say. lol.
