Steve Holm·Sevier County
Richfield Utah Realtor
Richfield is the largest town in central Utah, and one of the few Southern Utah markets that does not run on tourism.
The county seat of Sevier County, Richfield sits where I-70 meets US-89. That junction makes it the service centre for a wide rural area, and it gives the town an economic base that does not depend on tourism the way the parks towns do.
Land goes further here than in Washington County. Larger lots, older established housing near the centre, and agricultural ground on the valley floor. For buyers coming down from the Wasatch Front the arithmetic is often a surprise.
South along the Sevier River, Monroe and Elsinore are smaller and quieter again, and Salina sits at the north end where the freeway meets the highway. Each has its own pricing and its own reasons people choose it.
